“Cassidy – This is followup to an earlier feedback. On 9/4, I requested a reading regarding a property sale issue. Exhausted, stressed, and grieving, I completely lost my objectivity in being able to deal with the situation and reached out for help. Two investors were vying for the property and I had no doubt, barring disaster, I would receive and accept an offer. You saw a different answer – that I would not sell to either investor but someone else in “roughly 4 weeks” in the time of Libra. Your response was sufficient to make me stop long enough to think outside of the narrow box I was focused on. Here’s what happened: Neither investor followed up in a timely manner. It turns out one lost a family member in a tragic accident and the other mistakenly believed the first investor had offered successfully to buy the property. At this point, with time slipping away, I was losing hope but I did recall what you said. I ended investor negotiation formally and contacted a highly recommended realtor. The property was inspected, shown and sold within 72 hours. The sale/closing took place 4 weeks and 6 days after your reading.
